Everyday Counseling is a pediatric outpatient mental health counseling private practice. We specialize in the treatment of children and adolescents ranging from 5-18 years old. We are looking for clinicians who have experience in working with children and teens who have been diagnosed with any of the following: Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Related Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, Trauma-and-Stressor Related Disorders, Complex PTSD, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Disruptive, Impulse-Control and Conduct Disorders, and Academic or Educational Problems.

 

* *Everyday Counseling has two immediate positions available for the right people to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate would be able to perform the following duties:

• Establish and build positive and trusting relationships with clients

• Create individual treatment plans

• Meet with clients regularly to provide treatment and to adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Maintain all records including intake assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes in Electronic Medical Records

• Comply with and maintain all aspects of HIPAA compliance.

• Deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in cross-cultural situations.

• Participate in all required individual and group clinical supervision meetings.

• Hold a current license for one or more of the following: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or is eligible for licensure within 12 months of hired date.

 

**Full-time clinicians are W-2 employees

**Clinicians can earn between $60,00-$70,000(+) per year, based on the number of clients billed

**Clinicians have autonomy over their schedule and are not required to work evenings or weekends.
